The inaugural Gippsland Irrigation Expo will be held on Wednesday, March 18, at the Sale Showgrounds.
Entry will be free to this expo which will be of interest to the dairy and horticultural industries.
All farmers, not just dairy farmers, are welcome.
The event is being organised by a committee led by Macalister Consultative Committee chairman and GippsDairy board member Iain Stewart as well as Macalister farmers Jason Birmingham, Brad White and Brad Missen, along with Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning senior irrigation extension officer at Maffra Gavan Lamb, Dairy Australia Gippsland representative Tony Platt and from Wellington Shire Council representative Mark Coleman.
